Mammoth Camp is a great opportunity to bond with the team and put in some miles. Next week I will be sending out specific information about camp but here's the basic info to get you started.
Please note that I will be restricting electronic device usage to 1 hour/day. This helps the athletes remain present and have actual conversations with their team mates. If athletes break this rule, or any other major rule, parents will be expected to pick their athlete up from Mammoth. Please talk with your athlete about this before committing to attend camp.
What: Mammoth XC camp (running, hiking swimming, fun!)
Where: Mammoth, ca.
When: Monday, August 10th-Friday August 14th
Why: team bonding, running and lots of laughs
The people who did not make camp will have practice all of the days that we are at camp with Coach Kenny. We go out of our way to make these practices fun and more exciting for the team.
The following people are being extended in invitation to camp. The donation to attend is $250 and can be cash, check (made out to "Brea Olinda Boys Cross Country Boosters" for both teams) or credit card. IF YOU ARE ON THIS LIST AND CAN NOT GO TO CAMP PLEASE LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY.
