Brea Invite

The Brea Invite returns to Carbon Canyon Park for the 26th addition of the skillfully crafted meet on Saturday 10/4. The unique format of the race divides teams up by racing each teams #1 and 2 in one race, 3-5 in another race and 6,7+ in a third race. This year we will be adding a community race/run/walk called Conquer the Canyon to help cover the increase cost of renting the park. Please see the tab above for more information. Athletes will be given race assignments after our league meet on Wednesday.

Most importantly we need your help in organizing the meet. We will ask the athletes to help stuff envelopes with race bibs and timing chips this Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in Coach Mattern's room, 212. 

Additional needs:

• Cyclists to lead and chase each race to ensure that the races stays on course and to make sure we don't have any injured athletes (6 total needed)
• Volunteers for various jobs (no prior experience needed)
