With off season track in full swing it's important that we set goals for the coming season. Here you can find a survey to record your goals please take a minute to fill this out even if you turned them in on paper.
Your training logs need to be updated every day to keep track of your mileage, progress and help give you a more detailed training program.

To earn a spot on the track team the following actions need to be taken:
We will have a time trial on Saturday 1/9/16 at practice. It will be a 3.3 mile one-way hill run. This post will serve as notice to the entire team that you may be cut after the time trial. I will form the distance roster based on my observations through XC and athlete's ability completing the above mentioned items. Those who are cut will remain in the class until the end of the semester and then need to transfer out at the beginning of 2nd semester.
