Kraemer Time Trial Results

The route had to be modified this year due to sidewalk construction but that did not stop our guys from running some very fast times on the 2.2 mile course. Here are the results.

Make sure to log your run on xcstats.com after every practice. The total distance for the day was 5.4 miles. You should always have a wrist stopwatch to know your time and coaches will always let you know the distance.
