The End of Summer

Hi to all,

Monday morning we will have practice at the courthouse and the evening is on your own so you can get ready for the new school year. A few reminders for the first week. 
  • Hydrate. 1 oz of water/ lb of body weight
  • Eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and a few snacks
  • We run the first day of school, practice starts at 2:00
  • Get your uniform and locker
  • You need to be cleared by the activities office to be able to run
  • Hydrate, seriously it's going to be hot
  • Bring sunblock and put it on

We had a lot of athletes run huge mileage this summer and we are excited to see the results at our first meet which is next weekend.
