Navy Seal challenge
Do you think that you are the best athlete on campus? Do you want to know how you stack up against the swimming/water polo team? Well do I have a deal for you! Coach Rotblum is hosting the Navy Seal Challenge on Tuesday, June 9th at 1:45 p.m. The event consists of a 500m swim, push ups, sit ups, pull ups and a 1.5 mile run. This will be the workout for the day (read: we are all doing this) and should be a fun, yet challenging event. Please see the links below and be sure to sign up.
